Can I really be posting a month before the tenth of the next month? Why yes, it surprises me too. I'm glad that I decided to do this project because since the time warp of three children began last November (yes, that is a thing), the dedicated posts to seasons and events have been hard to keep up with. Birthdays, triathlons, and Halloween are coming. As the world also expects thank you notes, clean clothes, and dinner (why do humans have to eat so much?), it will happen if/when it happens.
October's 10 on 10:
Smoothies for breakfast inspire irrational joy in our house.
Spinach in said smoothies does not.
For several weeks in October, we got to watch a smiley face spider (also known as the female spineybacked orbweaver, thank you, Google) work on her web every morning while we waited for the bus.

Preschool construction is getting very old. Emery currently attends school in the demilitarized zone.
Lunchtime honey do. Bugs, heavy objects, and the attic fall solidly under Kim's purview.
